Onyx & Amber "Caramel Harvest"

Caramel Harvest is a 12yr old, low proof MGP bourbon that was selected by PA BourBIN admins and members.

Nose: Crackling sugar crust over creamy custard, orange creamsicle, vanilla and a touch of jammy fig, oak and leather.

Palate: Caramel and vanilla cream wrapped around zesty citrus custard. Dark chocolate and fig step in, with an oak backbone to tie it together.

Finish: Long and indulgent with notes of caramel, orange zest and vanilla balanced again with dark chocolate and oak.
